Advanced register: frame counter
Different to Marlin SIS: Register 610 is only to be used to reset the frame
counter. The frame counter feature is controlled by the following advanced
feature register:
Having this feature enabled, the current frame counter value (images read
out of the sensor, equivalent to # FrameValid) will be inserted as a 32-bit
integer value into any captured image.
Setting the Reset flag to 1 resets the frame counter to 0 — the Reset flag
is self-cleared.
Additionally there is a register for direct read out of the frame counter value.
