Char_Length [8..15] Character length setting
WR: Set data length (7 or 8 bit)

This field indicates the maximum size of
receive/transmit data buffer.
If this value=1, Buffer_Status_Control
and SIO_Data_Register Char 1-3 should
be ignored.
